VPI X Ad CouncilValues Partnerships, in collaboration with The Ad Council and COVID Collaborative, launched a multifaceted campaign to advance COVID-19 vaccine messaging and education in Black and Hispanic communities nationwide. By assembling a world-class group of Black and Hispanic faith leaders nationwide, the Collaborative reached hundreds of thousands of respondents in an effort to share information and inspiration about the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccinations and therapeutics.

VPI X The Chan Zuckerberg InitiativeValues Partnerships locked arms with the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) to establish a partnership with evangelical Christian leaders, churches, and organizations to encourage populations that are hesitant to get vaccinated to learn more about vaccination options and healthy lifestyles that promote pandemic safe communities. Efforts established convenient, safe, familiar spaces for members of the evangelical community to get vaccinated with people they trust.

VPI X ChimeValues Partnerships partners with Chime to expand the reach of the company’s social impact and racial equity initiatives. During the Fall 2021, Values and Chime collaborated to design a financial literacy program entitled Chime Buckets to encourage high school teens to learn financial management principles. Chime Buckets, developed in partnership with 21 Savage's Leading by Example Foundation and Project Backboard, launched in Atlanta this year on a historic, refurbished Atlanta basketball court. Values Partnerships devised a strategy of meeting highschool students from across the Atlanta area where they are with the aim of teaching budgeting, strategy, and savings in a relatable way.

VPI X CWValues Partnerships in collaboration with The CW in 2021 led the development of the Freedom to Vote campaign, engaging talent and organizations like the Lawyer's Committee for Civil Rights to support voting rights. Values Partnerships and Gauge also developed diversity and inclusion surveys, analyzed data, and expanded The CW’s engagement, behind the camera on television.

VPI X Goldman SachsIn partnership with Full Circle Strategies, Values Partnerships supported the launch, and now the strategy and management, of Goldman Sachs' “One Million Black Women” campaign, an initiative to invest $10 billion over 10 years to address the disproportionate gender and racial biases that Black women have faced for generations.

VPI X Justice for JuliusAs part of our commitment to social justice and community impact, Values Partnerships partnered with the Justice for Julius campaign in a pro bono capacity, to advocate for Julius Jones, a wrongly convicted African American man on Oklahoma’s Death Row. With a focus on faith engagement, the Justice for Julius campaign involved national clergy, celebrities, and millions of supporters worldwide. Through this massive effort, Julius Jones was spared from execution on November 18, 2021.

VPI X MonticelloValues Partnerships has been on a multi-year journey with Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello, bringing to the forefront conversations, programming and exhibits related to those who were enslaved at Monticello and their descendants.

VPI X MGM StudiosValues Partnerships works with MGM Studios across a range of titles. Most recently, Values created an advisory group of faith and civic leaders to support the film RESPECT and activate faith and African American communities for the film across the country.

VPI X NBC UniversalValues Partnerships helps support Ava DuVernay’s groundbreaking series HOME SWEET HOME, connecting the series to diverse faith leaders and influencers around the country.

VPI X PinterestValues Partnerships works with Pinterest to identify and build an environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging. Through the development of an Inclusion Insiders Council, Pinterest provides functional and advisory support to key business units. The Council, developed in part by Values Partnerships, consists of individuals from a range of industry backgrounds and areas of expertise. Council members also represent diverse communities, which uniquely positions them to offer authentic feedback and rooted advice on emerging impact initiatives.

VPI X SephoraValues Partnerships has collaborated with Sephora since 2019 to advance diversity, equity and inclusion inside and outside the company. From the development and management of the Equity Advisors and Equity Partners program – a landmark study addressing racial bias and retail – to supporting the “We Belong to Something Beautiful” campaign, Values shares Sephora’s vision to build a beauty world that is more diverse and welcoming.

VPI X Shark TankFor the last six seasons, Values Partnerships has collaborated with ABC's Shark Tank to encourage aspiring entrepreneurs to adapt to a new playing field. This year, Values continued its nationwide casting tour for ABC's Shark Tank by launching Virtual Shark Tank, a conversation series with Shark Tank entrepreneurs and community leaders. Hosted by Brandon Andrews, Shark Tank alums shared tips for pitching, rules of the road, and engaged in exchanges with national advocacy organizations that influence global business, including: the National Urban League, International Game Developers Association, and the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce. Dozens of businesses successfully advanced to the casting process for Shark Tank Season 13, with several emerging and diverse businesses making it to the show.

VPI X WalmartValues Partnerships works with Walmart to develop, promote and bring awareness to programs and opportunities that positively impact the Black community. Efforts have included the creation of an intersectional digital engagement series entitled Voices+, which encourages communities of color to consider all things wellness and holistic living.
