Responsibilities
You solve problems before anyone knows that a problem exists! As a dynamic, driven Executive Assistant (EA) you’ll work with little direction to support our CEO, President, Managing Director, and Chief of Staff.
You’ll identify and manage the right priorities and processes to ensure that the members of the leadership team have what they need to seamlessly serve the needs of our clients. You’ll make decisions and give guidance to others based on knowledge of the CEO and leadership team’s preferences. You’ll schedule (and reschedule) meetings, support the consulting team process, book (and unbook) travel, and generally keep up with the fast pace of our most senior consulting staff.
Additionally, you will be responsible for working with the Chief of Staff regarding staff needs such as coordinating logistics for internal team events and/or in-person client meetings/functions, ordering supplies, tracking and facilitating team milestones (birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.), and other duties as assigned.
You will work directly with the CEO to assist in the prioritization of client deliverables and meetings for which he must be engaged, including building out a reminder cadence that allows him to meet deliverables.
