Executive Assistant

Values Partnerships

Values Partnerships is looking to hire a full-time executive assistant.

Why join VPI?

Values Partnerships develops creative engagement campaigns for diverse sectors and audiences, provides strategic advice on complex issues, and markets and produces films and television programs with meaning and value.

We help a range of companies, organizations and brands tackle tough challenges related to race and culture; form trust-based partnerships with community leaders; and launch campaigns that have an impact on our clients and the world around us.

At Values Partnerships, you will join a team of consultants, applying your skills to a range of administrative and substantive tasks for clients in the corporate, non-profit, faith, advocacy, and entertainment spaces.

You will be included in regular staff meetings and occasional client meetings. Your direct reports will be:

Joshua DuBois, CEO

Michelle DuBois, President

Nicholas Wiggins, Managing Director

Courtney Brown, Chief of Staff

You solve problems before anyone knows that a problem exists! As a dynamic, driven Executive Assistant (EA) you’ll work with little direction to support our CEO, President, Managing Director, and Chief of Staff.

You’ll identify and manage the right priorities and processes to ensure that the members of the leadership team have what they need to seamlessly serve the needs of our clients. You’ll make decisions and give guidance to others based on knowledge of the CEO and leadership team’s preferences. You’ll schedule (and reschedule) meetings, support the consulting team process, book (and unbook) travel, and generally keep up with the fast pace of our most senior consulting staff.

Additionally, you will be responsible for working with the Chief of Staff regarding staff needs such as coordinating logistics for internal team events and/or in-person client meetings/functions, ordering supplies, tracking and facilitating team milestones (birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.), and other duties as assigned.

You will work directly with the CEO to assist in the prioritization of client deliverables and meetings for which he must be engaged, including building out a reminder cadence that allows him to meet deliverables.
