Values Partnerships (VPI) is looking to hire Fellows for Spring 2024.

Values Partnerships is the country’s largest Black-owned social impact agency. We develop creative engagement campaigns for diverse sectors and audiences, provide strategic advice on complex issues, and market and produce films and television programs with meaning and value.

We help a range of companies, organizations and brands tackle tough challenges related to race and culture; form trust-based partnerships with community leaders; and launch campaigns that have an impact on our clients and the world around us.

At Values Partnerships, you will join a team of strategists, applying your skills to a range of administrative and substantive tasks for clients in the corporate, non-profit, faith, advocacy, and entertainment spaces. You will assist with drafting, editing, and preparing written content as well as performing various outreach and client follow-up tasks. You may be asked to complete other tasks as they arise. You will be included in regular staff meetings and occasional client meetings.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interest and skills.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and maintaining student status throughout the program.

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree and are returning to education on a full-time basis upon completing the internship.
• Ability to commit to the full January-May program at Values Partnerships.

Previous experience and/or interest in digital communications, social media, business consulting, advocacy, or community building preferred.

Additional Details:

You will be expected to work at least four days a week for at least five hours a day at a rate of $18 an hour between January 15th through May 31st. The details and schedule for each Fellow will be set on a case-by-case basis. Fellows will be invited to attend a June staff retreat to thank them for their contributions.

Housing will not be provided. The position for 2024 will be remote. It is preferred that applicants be located in the eastern time zone.

• Access to a computer;
• A strong wireless or wired internet connection; and
• A mobile phone or landline that can be used during working hours.

Stipends will be remitted monthly on the 20th of each month. Fellowship term is January 15th, 2024 - May 31st.
