Special Assistant to the SVP of Social Impact & Strategy

Values Partnerships (VPI) is looking to hire a Special Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Social Impact & Strategy in the company.

At Values Partnerships, you will apply your skills to a range of substantive tasks for clients in the corporate, non-profit, faith, advocacy, and entertainment spaces.  

The right candidate will be highly self-motivated, have trust-based, authentic relationships with national and local leaders, a strategic approach to solving problems built from years of experience, a track record of successful management of client relationships, and a heart for communities most of all.

The Special Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Impact & Strategy will lead scheduling, advance, event management, client support across multiple VPI client portfolios. This work includes: onboarding meetings, development of new business proposals, completing strategy documents, scanning relevant social impact news and announcements and reporting out on areas of opportunity, email communications, attendance at meetings scheduled by client, execution of client activations, and final reporting. 

You will report to the Senior Vice President for Impact & Strategy at Values Partnerships.

  • Proficiency in all Google Suite applications, video conferencing platforms (i.e., Zoom, Teams, Chime, Webex, etc.), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Previous experience and/or interest in digital communications, social media, business consulting, advocacy, or community building.

The position is currently remote. It is preferred that applicants be located in the eastern time zone and have the capability to work some evenings and weekends based on client needs. Client work may also, at times, require travel. Our physical office is located in Washington, D.C.
