Impact Strategist

Values Partnerships is looking to hire  qualified candidate(s) for the position of Impact Strategist in the company.

Why join VPI?

Values Partnerships is the country’s largest Black-owned social impact agency. We develop creative engagement campaigns for diverse sectors and audiences, provide strategic advice on complex issues, and market and produce films and television programs with meaning and value.

We have helped to shape, launch and lead corporate and organizational social impact campaigns including Sephora’s work on racial bias in retail; Goldman Sachs’ One Million Black Women campaign; Audible’s campaign launches focused on diverse communities; the Ad Council’s efforts to advance vaccine education with faith communities; and more.

We help a range of companies, organizations and brands tackle tough challenges related to race and culture; form trust-based partnerships with community leaders; and launch campaigns that have an impact on our clients and the world around us.

At Values Partnerships, you will apply your skills to a range of substantive tasks for clients in the corporate, non-profit, faith, advocacy, and entertainment spaces.

The right candidate will be highly self-motivated; have trust-based, authentic relationships with national and local leaders; a strategic approach to solving problems built from years of experience; a track record of successful management of client relationships; and a heart for communities most of all.

This work includes onboarding meetings, development of proposals and strategy documents, email communications, attendance at meetings scheduled by client, execution of client activations, and final reporting.
